Role Overview:

  • This role requires someone who can familiarize themselves with our vision and mission, working towards set goals and objectives.
  • You will be responsible for collecting and maintaining client information in our CRM database.
  • Making calls to clients and responding to callback requests.
  • Email and WhatsApp conversations with potential leads.
  • Helping potential leads understand our courses.
  • Converting potential leads to attend trial classes.
  • Learning and using our customer relations management software and other related computer tools.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A laptop is mandatory for this role.
  • You should be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Working 6 days a week is also expected.

Salary Information:

As a Math Education Consultant, you can expect an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an individual contributor role.
