You should be confident in your ability to communicate regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach accordingly.

To provide the best solutions for our clients, you should maintain a familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends.

To own the sales funnel and drive sales closures effectively.

To own customer experience during a project.

To lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.

To own the end-to-end project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation (BArch/Interior Design)
  • Minimum Experience of 2 to 5 years as an Interior Designer

Led projects from initiation and completion.

You hold excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD.

You have design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moldboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, and functionality, module planning), civil works & services (specifications & installation details).

You also have project expertise in creating BOQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies.

You hold sales expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers.

Key behavioral attributes include result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication, and a high degree of willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.
