Our Team

We have a diverse team of 200+ professionals across 7 offices working towards excellence in design and project execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Act as an extension of the design team providing local information during the design development process.
  2. Monitor project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity.
  3. Act as an effective coordinator during the execution stage engendering high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Assist in the design process by providing local support including knowledge on local aspects site analysis research and data collection benchmarking studies.
  2. Have a thorough understanding of the design intent and GFC portfolio ensuring quality participation during the execution stage.
  3. Document all design fidelity and quality issues in WSRs and escalate to the Project Head Regional Head when not attended to by vendor/client.
  4. C coordinate between client design team to provide best possible design solutions to execution issues build client confidence.
  5. Analyze successes and failures of projects identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.
  6. Grow professionally achieving personal advancement goals.
  7. Work closely with the local team central studio to ensure smooth project deliveries.

Qualifications

  • B.Arch M.Arch B.Des Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Candidates with wide experience as a Design Coordinator expertise in executing Interior Projects are preferred.
  • Prior Site execution experience is preferred.
  • Revit skills are preferred.
