Job Description

As a Hiring Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process of software and hardware engineers. Your role will involve developing strategies to attract top talent, creating job descriptions, and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing hiring strategies
  • Creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
  • Conducting interviews and assessments of candidates
  • Collaborating with other teams to identify skill gaps and develop training programs
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware engineering or related work experience
  3. Strong knowledge of digital design and SOC architecture
  4. Good understanding of OOP concepts and experience in HVL such as System Verilog, UVM/OVM & System C
  5. Experience in HDL such as Verilog
  6. Knowledge of ARM/DSP CPU architecture, High Speed Peripherals like USB2/3, PCIE or Audio/Multimedia
  7. Familiarity with Power-aware Verification, GLS, Test vector generation is a plus
  8. Exposure to Version managers like Clearcase/perforce
