Job Title

Telehealth Business Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clinicians, and end-users to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses and assess current workflows to recommend optimizations for telehealth services.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Analyze, map, and optimize existing telemedicine workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.
- Design new digital health solutions aligning with regulatory, clinical, and technical standards.
- Support creation of business process models, user journey maps, and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and user interviews as a liaison between business, product, engineering, and QA teams.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing activities with stakeholders.
- Provide training and onboarding support for users on telemedicine platforms.
- Create functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize reporting and analytics tools to create dashboards and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or IT- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, CMS regulations)- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
