Arm Limited, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Silicon Hardware Verification Engineer to join its Solution Engineering team in Bengaluru.

Overview

Arm is building a team to develop best-in-class silicon demonstrators based on Arm's IP compute sub-system solutions targeting premium mobile, infrastructure, and automotive markets. Using the latest nodes (3nm) and new SoC 3D packaging developments, Arm aims to demonstrate industry-best performance by architecting, designing, implementing, and fabricating powerful silicon test chips.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits.

Job Description

As a Silicon Hardware Verification Engineer, you will play a key role in defining the solution growth story in Arm. You will help verify our next-generation compute solutions using innovative technologies, methodologies, and tools.

  • You will be responsible for building functional verification strategies, writing test plans, defining test methodologies, improving verification methodologies, completing functional verification to required quality levels and schedules.
  • You will work closely with project management on planning tasks, setting schedules, quality checkpoints, and engineer fully responsible for the area of verification.
  • You will collaborate with engineers from architecture, design, verification, implementation, modelling, performance analysis, silicon validation, FPGA, and board development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in embedded C-based SoC verification environments.
  • Knowledge of assembly language (preferably ARM), C/C++, and/or hardware verification languages (SystemVerilog), shell programming/scripting (Tcl, Perl, Python, etc.).
  • Experience in one or more of various verification methodologies – UVM/OVM/eRM, formal, low power, emulation.
  • Exposure to all stages of verification: requirements collection, creation of verification methodology plans, testplans, testbench implementation, Testcases development, coverage closure, documentation, and support.
