We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to conceptualize and develop design concepts for various projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas. They will also collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization and Design Development: Create innovative design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Design Communication: Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively convey design ideas to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Project Execution: Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Material Sourcing and Procurement: Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Site Visits and Monitoring: Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: A degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is essential.
  • Experience and Portfolio: 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken English) are necessary.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs is required.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
