Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our design team and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement interior design strategies that align with our company vision and values.
  • Manage the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Communicate design intent clearly to clients and handle client presentations with confidence and poise.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to build a strong design culture within the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • A proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects that demonstrate your skills and expertise.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
