Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the highest quality of our products through manual and automation testing.

This role is responsible for performing manual and automation testing to guarantee product excellence. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and maintaining test cases, plans, and scripts, as well as conducting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts.
  • Perform manual and automation testing to ensure product quality.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to align on requirements and fixes.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing.
  • Validate networking-related features and ensure ITIL/ITSM compliance.
  • Analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes.
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
