Job Title: Sr Manager Analytics

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Analytics to join our team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished analytics leader to take on a challenging role and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Machine Learning/Deep Learning with a strong technical background.
  • They should have a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in production environments, with no capstone or internet-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To lead and manage teams of analysts and engineers in delivering cutting-edge analytics solutions.
  2. To design and implement advanced machine learning models, particularly in natural language processing, deep learning, and neural networks.
  3. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  4. To stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in analytics and apply them to drive business growth.
  5. To communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings to senior leadership.
  6. To ensure that all solutions are deployed efficiently using Agile methodologies and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  7. To work closely with development teams to expose solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks like FastAPI.
  8. To utilize MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.
  9. To possess robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with a sound understanding of visualization.
  10. To be a strong problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ML/DL with a fully technical background.
  • Proven experience (at least 8+ years) in ML/AI development, particularly in ML, with a strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy and Huggingface transformers.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in exposing the solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI.
  • Experience with development tools such as Git and version control.
  • Experience deploying the solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with a sound understanding of visualization.
