Senior AI Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our data science organization, you will be responsible for designing, building and optimizing supervised, unsupervised and deep learning models for various business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design and build machine learning models using python, r, sql and popular deep learning frameworks like tensorflow, pytorch and keras.
  • Data Exploration & Feature Engineering: Clean, transform and analyze large datasets using pandas, numpy and matplotlib; identify significant features that impact business outcomes.
  • Ai Integration: Develop end-to-end ai pipelines and integrate models into production systems using apis or deployment frameworks like flask and fastapi.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, domain experts and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Track model performance (e.g. rmse, f1 score, roc auc) and prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with latest ai/ml techniques (e.g. transformers, reinforcement learning) and propose innovative applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Or Masters Degree In Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Or Related Field: 4- 6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning frameworks, data manipulation and visualization, model deployment tools and cloud platforms.
  • Strong Analytical And Communication Skills.
  • Nice To Have Experience In Industry-Specific Ai Applications (e.g. Fintech, Healthcare, Retail), Contribution To Open-Source Projects Or Ml Competitions (e.g. Kaggle), Certifications In Data Science / Ai From Recognized Platforms.
