Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Test Engineering Director to lead our testing initiatives and drive excellence in software development and testing.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance on testing methodologies, processes, and tools. You will also oversee the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and ensure seamless integration with our development teams.

  • Develop and implement testing strategies that align with business objectives and ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers and provide mentorship and coaching to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver products with robust quality and timely execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and software development, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our testing capabilities.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 14 years of strong testing experience, with at least 4+ years of QA Automation experience.
  • Expertise in API Automation testing and exposure to REST API frameworks, with experience using Postman or similar tools.
  • Strong Experience in Integration testing (SIT) and ability to understand system/Data Flow architecture and guide team to build effective test scenarios.
  • Experience with Automation frameworks and tools like Selenium and Java programming is a plus.
  • Good understanding of various testing methodologies, SOLID design Principles, and Performance testing principles.
  • Demonstrate expertise in black box and grey box testing methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools.
  • Expertise in implementing and optimizing agile development and continuous integration / continuous delivery methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and large volumes of data.
