Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our test automation efforts using cutting-edge AI technologies. As a Director of Test Automation and AI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions that drive quality and efficiency across our organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and QA, to ensure seamless integration of automated testing into our development lifecycle. Your expertise in AI, machine learning, and software development will enable you to identify opportunities for innovation and improve existing processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy, leveraging AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance test efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, test automation, and AI/ML engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality automated testing solutions using AI-powered tools
  • Strong understanding of scalable system architectures, Python, Ruby, or other prominent programming languages
  • Experience in managing vendors, working in client-vendor setups, and collaborating with senior engineers and product managers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to bring clarity of thought to senior management and broader teams
