Job Title: Centre Head

The role of Centre Head is pivotal in the overall success and growth of our clinics. Reporting directly to the Regional Business Head, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the clinic, driving revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.

This leader will head cross-functional teams including slimming, beauty, dermatology, and support staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication among team members. The primary objective is to deliver outstanding client experiences, aligned with brand standards, while meeting business and sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Business & Sales Growth:
    • Deliver clinic revenue and profitability targets by implementing strategic plans, monitoring KPIs, and driving sales through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
    • Collaborate with marketing and BTL teams to develop city-specific activations that drive foot traffic.
  • Operations & Service Excellence:
    • Evaluate and improve processes to maintain smooth functioning of all clinic services (slimming, beauty, dermatology, wellness).
    • Oversee inventory management, billing, and cash handling processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Cultivate a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus within the team.
    • Motivate and guide Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, and Counselors to achieve their best performance.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Foster an environment where every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
    • Resolve escalations and implement loyalty and referral programs to enhance customer retention.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Adhere to company policies and statutory requirements to avoid any potential risks or liabilities.
    • Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

About You:

  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Hold a Graduate/MBA degree, preferably in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering revenue and leading teams in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Be adaptable, open-minded, and willing to learn and grow with our organization.
