Job Description:

  • University graduate with a degree in IT or related discipline with minimum 10+ years' hands-on experience in IBM iSeries system development preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in IBM iSeries RPGLE CLLE programming and ILE Integrated Language Environment and solid experience in application design development and testing.
  • Proficiency in DB2 for iSeries SQL optimization stored procedures data modeling and strong understanding of iSeries operating systems OS/400 and system tools.
  • Solid experience with iSeries system integration technologies e.g. API MQ XML FTP
  • Has good understanding in Agile software development methodology and DevSecOps technologies such as CI/CD and set of tools like Jenkins Ansible G3 etc.
  • Candidate should be hands-on on technology and self-driven basis the direction from global teams.
  • Effective English writing and communication skills.
  • Custody domain knowledge is desired but not a must.
  • Familiarity with Java Python for hybrid application development will be advantageous.
