About this role We're seeking a detail-oriented Content Reviewer to join our team. As the world's leading service provider, we underpin the media and entertainment industry by providing global content distribution, localization, accessibility, and mastering services.

We have offices around the globe and employ over 3,200 of the most talented individuals worldwide. Our team is responsible for ensuring high-quality content is delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform audio fidelity quality checks to ensure subtitles match the audio.
  • Localize language and spelling for British and U.S. English releases.
  • Manipulate English files using proprietary software, including preparing scripts and running conversions between formats.
  • Stay abreast of changing client requests and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Edit DHI files according to set quality and quantity benchmarks.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Able to identify and report problems as soon as they occur while working on files.
  • Good process knowledge to produce high-quality products.
  • Exceptional audio sensitivity – able to understand spoken American English.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven research skills and fact-checking using internet-based search engines.
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of computers and the internet.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in relevant software.
