About the Role:

  • We are seeking experienced evaluators to assess and improve AI data for our research initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in language proficiency, cultural knowledge, and understanding of AI principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate AI data for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to understand data collection requirements.
  • Develop detailed workflows for data evaluation and communication.
  • Innovate on data collection methods to determine efficient ways of achieving research goals.
  • Conduct thorough research using LLM models, gathering reliable and up-to-date information.
  • Evaluate content and provide detailed feedback to ensure high quality and informativeness.
  • Fact-check and verify accuracy, mitigating the risk of misinformation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or Bilingual Proficiency in Hindi or Full Professional Proficiency in reading and writing.
  • Educational Background: Graduated from a top-tier university or institute with deep cultural knowledge.
  • Core Competencies & Skills:
    • Exceptional reading and writing proficiency in target languages.
    • Strong research and fact-checking skills.
    • Attention to detail and precision in language.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
    • Foundational understanding of AI principles, machine learning, and natural language processing.

    Fabrication Management:

    • Prompt Review: Identify characteristics of effective prompts that generate desired outputs.
    • Familiarity with AI Tools: Experience using AI writing assistants and platforms.
    • Ethical AI Awareness: Understanding biases in AI systems and responsible use.

    Data Handling:

    • Data Literacy: Ability to work with data, including collection, preparation, cleaning, and transformation.
