Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our banking operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and managing banking operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with clients and internal teams by providing timely updates and recommendations on FX market movements.
  • Manage the opening and closing of companies' current accounts, assist new team members in executing and monitoring daily banking transactions.
  • Oversight of client banking operations, including account openings and closings.
  • Recommend and explain banking services and products to clients based on their needs.
  • Solve client/bank queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Negotiate bank pricing and charges effectively.
  • Oversee the overall management of the team.

With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for monitoring FX market movements, opening and closing accounts, and managing client banking operations. Your expertise will help recommend and explain banking services and products to clients, resolving any queries or complaints that may arise.
