IDM and Access Management Professional

About the Role
  • Lead and manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects and teams, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise IAM/IGA solutions.
  • Design, implement, and support IGA systems, leveraging expertise in Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, and other IAM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain IGA system architecture, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with business requirements.
  • Implement Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SOD), Access Re-Certification, and User Activity Monitoring to ensure robust security posture.
  • Onboard third-party and cloud applications using federation protocols within and beyond the IGA platform.
  • Promote identity management as a critical component of enterprise security, adhering to standard IAM practices.
  • Identify and drive improvements in data quality and process automation for the IGA function, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Support daily security operations including account provisioning, access reviews, and incident resolution, maintaining high standards of security governance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, emphasizing strong foundation in IAM/IGA principles.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with significant focus on IAM/IGA, showcasing expertise in IAM solutions.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with IAM systems, demonstrating proficiency in Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, and other relevant technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience leading IAM/IGA engineering teams or projects, with proven ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, directory services, federation standards (SAML, LDAP, SCIM, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and operating systems (Windows/Unix/Linux).
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, SQL), with understanding of computer networking fundamentals.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, driving alignment and success.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical certifications in Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/IDN, Oracle Identity Governance, One Identity, RSA, etc.
  • Experience with Azure AD, Okta, and other Single Sign-On (SSO)/Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Integration experience with Active Directory Services Interface (ADSI), ServiceNow, and IGA platforms.
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, Hashicorp).
  • Familiarity with Directory/Virtual Directory Services (e.g., Active Directory, Radiant Logic).
  • Experience defining or improving IAM processes (e.g., incident/change/configuration management).
  • Understanding of Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), Segregation of Duties (SOD), and risk-based access control models.
  • Experience in client-facing presentations, including executive-level stakeholder communication.
  • Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
