Sr Visual Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Sr Visual Designer to spearhead our brand's creative vision and execution.

In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small team of creatives while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials that enhance brand presence and drive business results.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure consistent storytelling across all channels, while driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Define and own the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of designers, writers, video editors, etc. to deliver impactful campaigns.
  3. Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  5. Develop and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  6. Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  7. Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  8. Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
