We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our digital transformation initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring stakeholders are well-informed, engaged, and ready for change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate change management activities across multiple digital transformation projects within the enterprise.
  • Maintain and update our knowledge intranet site with relevant information to support business objectives.
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategies and ensure effective engagement.
  • Track and report on communication reach, engagement, and change adoption for various projects.
  • Draft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different business audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce informative newsletters that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop training materials, storyboards, and other instructional assets to drive successful adoption and meet organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in change management, change communication, and instructional design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies to drive business success.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics and engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and intranet tools to support daily tasks and responsibilities.
