Job Description

The Technical Lead, DevOps serves as a critical component of the engineering team, responsible for spearheading the implementation, integration, and ongoing refinement of DevOps methodologies across all applications. By fostering collaboration between development, operations, and quality assurance, the individual in this position will ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • DevOps Strategy: Define and execute the DevOps strategy for application development, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational standards.
  • CICD Pipelines: Architect, implement, and optimize end-to-end CICD pipelines for multiple application teams, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery of software releases.
  • Automation: Lead the automation of manual tasks throughout the application lifecycle, including testing, deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring.
  • Communication: Act as a bridge between development, operations, and QA teams to remove silos, facilitate communication, and promote shared responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 13+ years in IT industry, minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
  • Experience of DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, SVN, Maven, NuGet, ProGet, TeamCity, Octopus), scripting (YAML, Python, PowerShell), and application development frameworks.
