We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to develop and optimize conversational AI applications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading the development of ASR, TTS, NLU, and LLM-based components for conversational AI.

A strong background in architecting data pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying speech and language models at scale is required.

The successful candidate will also have experience with developing and fine-tuning speech recognition, text-to-speech, and natural language understanding (NLU) models.

Evaluation and optimization of ASR and TTS engines for accuracy, latency, and user experience is a crucial aspect of this role.

Additionally, integrating LLMs into conversational workflows to enhance contextual understanding and response generation is an important responsibility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with NLP frameworks (spaCy, Transformers) and LLMs.

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is also essential.

In this role, you will design and implement speech analytics solutions for call categorization, tagging, sentiment analysis, and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of ASR, TTS, NLU, and LLM-based components for conversational AI.
