We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Graduate degree in MBA with specialization in sales and marketing or finance, from a reputable institution. They should possess 2-5 years of experience in sales, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to comprehend complex business financials.
- The selected individual will be responsible for planning and executing the Business Loan Against Property (LAP) strategy for the month and quarter to ensure regional objectives are met.
- They will identify potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and facilitate tie-ups that align with the business plan and standard operating procedures.
- Key responsibilities include building relationships with distributors, sales agents, and individual connectors to generate business leads.
- The chosen candidate will oversee distribution networks, design sales promotion activities, and manage customer documentation.
- Maintaining customer-centricity and fostering a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team is essential.
- Developing and maintaining databases and management information systems (MIS), as well as cross-selling insurance and related products, are also critical aspects of this role.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, and demonstrate high integrity, analytical skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
