Job Title: Nokia Integration Engineer

As a skilled integration engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades, and ensuring seamless performance as per industry standards.

  • Perform thorough integration of new sites, including software upgrades and parameter configuration on Nokia RAN platforms.
  • Execute site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps in accordance with industry guidelines.
  • Conduct call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.
  • Maintain detailed integration logs, prepare project documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Nokia RAN integration, with a strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture and parameters.
  • Hands-on experience with Nokia AirScale, Flexi BTS, and gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
