Job Description

This role requires managing employee data and ensuring the smooth operation of various insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee data for clients.
  • Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
