Quality Assurance Specialist

\

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of our software products.

\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers.

\
  • Test Planning & Strategy: Create comprehensive test plans and cases for new features and existing functionalities.\
  • Manual & Automated Testing: Execute various tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.\
  • Bug Reporting: Accurately identify, document, and track software defects using a bug-tracking system.\
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.\
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

\
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.\
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
\

Technical Expertise:

\
  • Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).\
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, and Playwright).\
  • A strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for test automation.\
  • Ability to test and validate AI/ML models and workflows for accuracy and reliability.\
  • Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, k6).\
