Our team is looking for a Manual Tester to work closely with our software development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing, maintaining and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories.
  • Performing functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  • Identifying, documenting and reporting defects in the issue tracking system collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participating in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules or potential problems.
  • Working closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and providing manual testing support where necessary.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Providing feedback on usability and advocating for the end-user experience.
  • Documenting and providing clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.
  • Following established QA Best Practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role, with a focus on manual testing of software applications.
  • Experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • English language proficiency.
