We are seeking a seasoned retail software professional with expertise in SAP IS Retail and S/4HANA Fashion solutions. You will play a pivotal role in integrating core merchandising systems with multi-channel POS platforms, covering areas such as sales data processing, inventory management, and retail price optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate core merchandising (SAP S/4 Fashion) with multi-channel POS systems to enhance retail operations.
  • Process sales data through SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), including receipts, financial transactions, and sales audit processes.
  • Manage retail prices, markdowns, and sales audits to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with global retail stakeholders to understand and implement their business needs.
  • Contribute to full-lifecycle ERP transformation programs to drive business growth.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP CAR, Retail, AFS, or S/4HANA Fashion is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales data processing within SAP ERP is required.
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA Fiori apps, Launchpad, Personas, and retail-specific transactions is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams is essential.
  • Experience in Agile project environments is desirable.
  • Familiarity with integration components across functional SAP modules is a plus.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
