About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in internal audit, preferably across various departments, industries, or within the education sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting internal audits in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Reviewing processes, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, and identifying areas for improvement
• Drafting audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and enhance processes

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to internal audit

Qualifications:
A Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of total experience, including 3 years of articleship, or an MBA (Finance) with 5-8 years' experience, or any other equivalent finance/internal audit qualification with 5-8 years of experience in Internal Audit are preferred.
