Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective strategies to expand and retain our membership base. You will work closely with our marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and outreach programs, leveraging data analytics to track trends and improve the membership experience.
You will also be responsible for enhancing member benefits, resources, and engagement initiatives to drive value. This will involve working with our community leaders to provide resources and best practices, developing frameworks for governance, operations, and sustainability of our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand and retain the global membership base.

Requirements:
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. 12-15 years of experience in managing membership associations, communities, and volunteer networks is also essential. The ideal candidate should have expertise in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Proficiency in CRM tools, membership management platforms, and digital engagement strategies is a must. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills are also required.
