Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Engineer to join our ranks.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in building management systems, HVAC systems, and electrical controls.
  • They should be proficient in programming and configuring BMS software platforms, including Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, and Johnson Controls.
  • Experience with project specifications, drawings, and scope of work related to BMS systems is essential.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing BMS control system architecture, including DDC panels, sensors, and field devices.
  • They will also oversee the installation of BMS hardware at site, perform system commissioning, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with design.
  • Additionally, they will conduct troubleshooting and debugging of systems during and after installation, provide technical support and training to clients and facility teams, and prepare documentation including control strategies, O&M manuals, and system reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop BMS control system architecture.
  • Configure and program BMS software platforms.
  • Install BMS hardware at site.
  • Commission, test, and validate systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug systems.
  • Provide technical support and training.
  • Prepare documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 4-5 years of experience in BMS or building management systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical controls.
  • Familiarity with BMS platforms like Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Tridium, BR PLC etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
