Lead Animation Mentor

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to serve as a Lead Animation Mentor. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in animation principles, Autodesk Maya & Blender Software, and Hollywood film productions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training on various animation techniques, including realistic, cartoonish, and stylized styles. They will also teach effective and efficient techniques to enhance the skills of our in-house animators and riggers. Additionally, they will mentor junior animators and review their results to ensure high-quality work.
A strong background in animation principles, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to create rigs that facilitate animators are essential for this role. We offer a flexible part-time schedule with approximately 5-10 hours/week, working remotely only, and paid hourly/weekly compensation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive training on various animation techniques and styles
- Mentor junior animators and riggers to enhance their skills and performance
- Develop and implement effective workflows and pipelines to optimize animation production
- Collaborate with our team to achieve high-quality animation results
