Strategic HR Business Partner for Eco-Conscious Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment: Assist in developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist in resolving conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisals, develop and implement performance improvement plans, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Compliance and Policy Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure data accuracy, and develop and enforce company policies.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support ongoing professional development of employees.
- HR Projects: Participate in initiatives like diversity and inclusion efforts, employee surveys, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
