Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive discussions with cross-geography counterparts
  • Implement end-to-end projects in Oracle Fusion
  • Deliver results-oriented solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion
  • Project management experience (small to mid-size projects)
  • Mentoring and coaching skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

Oracle Functional Skills:

  • Oracle Finance (All Modules)
  • Oracle HCM Technical (Conversion, Fast Formula, Integration)
  • Oracle HCM Functional (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HRHD, ODA, Talent Management, Learn)

Oracle Technical Skills:

  • Oracle Analytics (OTBI, BIP, FDI/FAW, ETL/ODI, OAC)
  • Oracle SCM (Manufacturing, Order Management, Inventory, OTM, GTM)

Education and Experience:

  • 2 to 12 years of experience
  • Graduate/Post-graduate/CA/CMA qualification preferred
