Luxury Residential Designer

This is a leadership position in interior design, responsible for overseeing the entire interior design process from concept to completion. As an Interior Design Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that every design meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership & Oversight - Lead the design development process with external consultants and internal managers.
- Consultant & Team Management - Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, ensuring pace, accountability, and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions.
- Site Supervision & Execution Excellence - Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing.
Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or related field, 10+ years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors, proven success in managing external consultants and internal design teams.
Skills & Competencies: Precision in reviewing design documentation and execution drawings, exceptional aesthetic sensibility, commercial acumen to ensure viability without compromise on quality.
