Drive Sales Excellence

The role of a Sales Manager involves driving sales and creating meaningful connections with customers. This requires understanding their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales forecasts, manage the pipeline, and provide regular reports for shows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Director to prepare budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Develop bespoke proposals for sponsorship and digital opportunities.
  • Implement comprehensive sales plans to exceed revenue targets across all revenue lines, focusing on face-to-face and digital opportunities for each client.
  • Be a driving force in selling tailored packages to help clients achieve objectives, including participation at events, market-leading digital products, sponsorship, and branding opportunities.
  • Develop dynamic and highly curated proposals and presentations to showcase the value of exhibiting at events, negotiate contracts with exhibitors and sponsors, and ensure accurate recording of customer information and interactions in Salesforce.
  • Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline, understanding the importance of working across functions to deliver exceptional value for customers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with general awareness of business, financials, products/services, and the market.
  • Team-oriented approach to sales, with a growth mindset essential.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Success in achieving high-level targets for the overall business portfolio.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and delivering growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for results, target-driven, and great feet-on-street experience.
