Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support for PCS/BESS products on-site and remotely, including product debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  • Investigate PCS/BESS product issues on-site and provide guidance to customers for simple faults.
  • Manage on-site PCS/BESS spare parts inventory to ensure continuous unit operation.
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and organize feedback.
  • Develop knowledge of our PCS/BESS products' working principles and provide training to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and meet work deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
  • A proactive mindset, capable of planning in uncertain situations and taking action.
  • Previous experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS.
  • Experience in Rajasthan is an asset but not required.
