Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a Key Business Partner. As a strategic business partner, you will play a critical role in delivering results with integrity, building relationships of trust, and driving business success.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with various levels and functions within the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including hiring, retention programs, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance appraisals, facilitating constructive communication and career development programs to support employee growth.
  • Develop and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture by fostering open communication, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
