Job Overview

About the Role

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and executing effective strategies across all digital platforms.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, create briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
  • Strategize and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.

The successful candidate will be proactive in suggesting new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth while ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management.
  • Strong understanding of 360° digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
