Job Opportunity:

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SDET with expertise in Java programming to design and implement automated test solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and REST assured API automation, as well as strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, and Cucumber.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SDET with 4+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Java
  • At least 1 year of experience with REST assured API automation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant QA experience of 3 years
  • Test automation using Java, Cucumber, or other programming languages utilizing BDD Framework for 2 years
  • Experience with test management tools like Qtest or Quality Center for 2 years
  • Defect management tools like JIRA or Rally for 2 years
  • Test automation tools and frameworks like Karate, Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and TestNG for 1 year
  • API Test Debugging tools like Postman, Karate, etc. for 1 year
  • Programming skills and proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java or JavaScript for 1 year

  • Experience working on projects involving software development life cycles (SDLC) for 3 years
  • Leadership role in a large matrixed organization for 3 years
  • Experience working with integration technologies such as web services and MQ for 3 years
  • Virtual testing environments for 3 years
  • Technical documentation writing in a software testing or quality assurance environment for 3 years
  • Healthcare or financial testing environments for 3 years
  • Business system applications testing and defining requirements for 3 years
  • Debug failures using Splunk or Dynatrace is a plus
  • Service API testing with Karate
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile Scrum and the software development life cycle
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
  • Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) or American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification or similar
