We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Consultant.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in expert witness services for complex engineering and construction disputes. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, you will have the opportunity to work with a global consultancy that has provided expert testimony in 200+ arbitrations at leading forums.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 and conducting detailed forensic delay analysis.
  • Your key duties will include identifying and substantiating delayed events, disruptions, and variations impacting the critical path.
  • You will prepare and defend comprehensive EOT, disruption, prolongation, and quantum-related claims in line with contractual requirements.
  • You will also assist in cost analysis, quantity surveying, financial assessments, and evaluation of claims.
  • In addition, you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, advising on risks, obligations, and entitlements.
  • You will provide insights on cost estimation, budgeting, variations, and commercial risk assessment.
  • You will support arbitration, mediation, and litigation by preparing and defending claims.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Arbitration, or Delay Analysis are preferred.
  • Experience: You should have 7-9 years of extensive experience in construction claims, arbitration, dispute resolution, and contract management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Delay Analysis/EOT, Critical Path Method (CPM), Planning & Scheduling Tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and Forensic Planning.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
