About the Role

The People Technology team at Xllent Corporate Services Pvt Ltd is responsible for managing the entire people tech landscape, which includes multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time-Tracking, and GreyT HR. This team builds and maintains business processes, integrations, and drives the roadmap across our People tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations across the People tech landscape, fintech systems, and security systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday.
  • Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday updates and enhancements.
  • Recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new integrations to the system.
  • Maintain documentation related to system integrations, processes, and user guides.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Workday Administrator designing and enhancing integrations.
  • Expertise with Studio integrations, Object Transporter (OX), developing Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Web Services.
  • Active Workday certifications relevant to the role.
  • Familiarity with other People/HR tech such as ATS, LMS, Performance, etc.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
