Role OverviewAs an Onboarding Support Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming students on their purchased Super Coaching program over phone calls, enhancing their learning experience, and guiding them on accessing their study materials. You will also be addressing and resolving product-related queries, updating records, and utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively.
Responsibilities- Onboard students to the Super Coaching program via phone calls and improve their post-purchase learning experience.
- Guide students on how to access their study materials, including notes, live classes, and practice tests.
- Resolve any product-related queries from students.
- Update records and use a CRM system.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in Hindi and English
