Job Title: Leadership Role for Accounts Payable Operations

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and distribute daily workflow among team members.
  • Manage the team responsible for invoice processing.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Handle exceptions and escalate critical issues to management or stakeholders as necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical issues to management or stakeholders appropriately.
  • Ensure all accounts payable processes comply with internal control and audit requirements.
  • Assist in internal/external audits with necessary documentation.
  • Monitor team performance and provide motivation and engagement.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in accounts payable operations.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
