Automation Solutions Specialist

This role is focused on driving automation solutions across Accounting/Finance teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in Robotic Process Automation and possess strong technical skills.
The selected individual will work collaboratively with the team to build and maintain automation solutions, ensuring seamless day-to-day system maintenance and production support for Automation deployment.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Troubleshoot system issues with end-users and developers, providing development and testing support.
- Assist in change management to help adoption of new processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or similar) with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation.
- Developer experience along with Production Support and bug fix experience preferred.
- Able to creatively analyze and solve problems independently.
- Demonstrates capability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
- SQL and/or business analyst experience a plus.
- Programming fundamentals and entry-level or higher proficiency with VB Script, SQL, and/or .Net programming languages is a significant asset.
- Ui Path experience required.
- Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, Power Query experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
