Senior Brand Protection Professional

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Protection Professional to oversee our operational workflows for brand protection services, build strong relationships with clients, and play a key role in developing and managing new business models while driving innovation.

This is a unique opportunity to combine a startup mentality with the ability to shape the direction of new business, overseeing client reporting and providing ongoing support. You will have significant autonomy with strong potential for growth as the company expands.

The ideal candidate has proven experience with online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media, and is familiar with AI tools and platforms that enhance brand protection. They are self-starters who thrive in fast-growing environments, take initiative, and need little oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage all enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results.
  • Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Operational Execution: Work closely with technical teams to ensure tasks are delivered effectively.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation.
  • Business Development: Partner with stakeholders to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement operational enhancements to boost efficiency and impact on processes.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines, KPIs, and quality standards.
