Job Summary

MiddleWare Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Administrator to join our team and drive the success of our digital platforms. As a Middleware Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our middleware infrastructure, including Digital Security Utility (DSU) components, Oracle Documaker environments, and Oracle WebLogic Server.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain DSU components for secure data transmission, encryption, and authentication.
  • Manage and support Oracle Documaker environments for automated document generation and workflow integration.
  • Deploy, configure, and monitor applications on Oracle WebLogic Server, including clustering and load balancing.
  • Perform middleware upgrades, patching, and performance tuning across all supported platforms.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols, including SSL/TLS, digital certificates, and secure key management.
  • Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • Monitor system health, logs, and systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure middleware software and components according to business requirements and best practices.
  • Management: Manage various layers of middleware software, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues related to middleware infrastructure.
  • Security: Implement and maintain security configurations and protocols for middleware environments.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for middleware platforms, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers, other administrators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and integration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor server and system performance and take action to optimize performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • DevOps and Agile Practices: Align middleware operations with DevOps and Agile principles and contribute to automation of middleware-related tasks.
  • Cloud Migration: Provide expertise and support for migration to cloud environments.

Qualification:

  • Education qualification: Graduate B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.

Certification Preferred:

  • Oracle Certified Professional – WebLogic Server
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
  • Oracle Documaker Implementation Specialist
