About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trials Development Manager to join our team at Lifelancer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the life sciences industry.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical trials at various healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage leadership skills to initiate and collaborate on clinical trials with healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for trial initiation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Drive results-oriented performance, directly impacting the success of clinical programs.
  • Maintain open communication channels with Project Managers, sharing progress updates and critical issues that may impact trial progress.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to site staff on protocol and trial procedures, minimizing protocol deviations.
  • Foster a culture of safety, educating site staff on handling information devices and systems.
  • Monitor and review processes, maintaining databases in an organized system.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them, ensuring smooth trial execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in meetings, driving collective success.
  • Gather and manage essential documents, streamlining the trial process.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
