About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team at Lifelancer.

As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of clinical trials at various healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of clinical trials, collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet project goals.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for trial initiation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, identifying and addressing their needs and requirements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data analysis and collection, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track progress, address critical issues, and ensure timely completion of trials.
  • Provide training and guidance to site staff on protocol procedures, minimizing protocol deviations and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor and review processes to maintain organized databases and ensure efficient trial execution.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them, ensuring successful trial outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in clinical trials coordination, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and collection, with experience using relevant software and tools.
  • A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
